Domestic - We ship Australia wide using Australia's own Australia Post EParcel service, Aramex (formerly Fastway Couriers) and Couriers Please.
All orders are packed within 2 business days and couriers collect within 3 business days from time of purchase/order.
Wherever there are birds, we ship to you!
Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of wild birds, the vast range of breeds, environment and circumstances, we do not offer our products for sale on a trial and return basis. Please choose your product carefully with the information provided, consult our sales team on:

Most of our products come with a 3 month product warranty against part default or electronic failures. Keep a copy of your receipt and return it to us for replacement or repair. Outside this 3 month period we advise you to contact the manufacturer directly, whom at their discretion may have differing warranty periods. All freight costs to and from for replacement or repair are customer's responsibility.
For change of mind purchases, within 7 days of product arrival, unopened or unused products, returns are possible but we charge a restocking fee of 15% or $15 , which ever is the greater. Shipping costs to be paid by the customer.
If your product purchase is not providing the desired success rates, contact our sales team to see how we might be able to recommend other complimenting products that will help you improve your success rates against pesky birds whilst always having a realistic approach that we are dealing with animals in various situations.

Whilst every effort is made to offer the widest style selection, at the best prices, fastest delivery, we do not underwrite , warranty or guarantee shipping services and times. We only use large reputable companies to deliver goods, Although we try our best to ship orders as smoothly as possible we cannot control the shipping companies delivery times and methods of delivery. However we do expect the couriers to treat all products with care.
Most packages are insured, we do warranty the arrival of the goods, just not a specific time. In order to make any claims on our insurance, we must wait 30 days from shipping date to lodge our claim and re ship orders. It is usual that with in this time frame, packages are either returned or tracked down . If not , then we will resend the goods after this time .
If products are delivered with an AUTHORITY TO LEAVE ( ATL ) package on residential addresses , customers have up to 3 days to inform the shipper of any misplaced , lost or stolen packages. Notification of misplaced packages can not be entertained, tracked or claimed after this time. Customers have up to 3 days to make any claims after delivery. Claims after this time frame will not be entertained.

These times can vary – sometimes quicker/slower. We wish we could warranty shipping times, we can't control shipping times, we can only offer guidance.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 3 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. We will replace faulty goods.
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliance's. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges if any apply are to paid by the customer on delivery of order. We have found in most cases no customs duties are usually applied.
Claims:
Any claims against goods, wear and tear, missed , lost or stolen goods or returns for exchanges have a 30 day limit on all such occurrences. If you order goods through our website, we have the right to refuse any claim or exchange after 30 days has passed from date of receipt of goods. We can not entertain claims, lost, stolen, wrongly ordered, wrongly receipted, wrongly packaged, wrongly sized goods after this time period of 30 days from order placement.
